Founder of niche employment law practice Loch Associates Pam Loch is a dual qualified lawyer and also the Managing Directorof HR Advise Me Limited. Pam has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters having acted for employers and employees and advising on all aspects of employment law.

Pam is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association; she is also an accredited mediator.

Julie Nicholds, Senior HR Consultant

Julie, with 20 years experience of working within HR, Julie has supported organisations through change management and redundancy programmes (Financial Services) and has worked in a variety of other sectors within the public and private sector developing and delivering policies and procedures to support operational efficiency. As a qualified coach, Julie can support executives/employees through the personal changes associated with leaving an organisation or the challenge of taking on a new role.

Judith Curran, Senior HR Consultant

Judith has a wide range of experience in advising both employers and employees on unfair dismissal and termination of employment, contractual disputes, discrimination claims, Compromise Agreements, re-organisation and TUPE issues, HR support and represents clients in both the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
