Caroline worked as an in-house Employment Lawyer for Harrods before she became an HR Consultant. Prior to that, Caroline worked in private practice after qualifying as a lawyer in 1994.
Caroline has extensive experience providing advice and support on a wide variety of human resources issues both remotely and on site for clients. As well as drafting contracts and handbooks, Caroline works with clients to develop implementation plans to introduce new contracts and policies. Effective communication of changes is key to successful implementation and Caroline can work with you to achieve that.
Caroline Denbow can also help you resolve performance issues as well as manage disciplinary and grievance meetings and attend those for you so that you can focus on running your business.
As well as assisting you with day to day HR queries such as maternity rights and flexible working, Caroline can also advise you on the specific requirements for the Disclosure Barring Scheme (DBS).
