Over the past 20 years Julie Nicholds has worked with a wide range of organisations in the private, public and charitable sectors in personnel management. Her wealth of experience enables her to tailor her guidance and support to ensure it meets our clients’ needs, taking account of commercial constraints while ensuring legal compliance.

Julie has extensive experience working with businesses to identify commercial solutions to organisational changes. She has managed many complex employee issues on behalf of clients, utilising her coaching qualifications and skills to achieve the desired solution. She is able to provide guidance on how to improve the robustness of recruitment processes by the use of psychometric testing and competency based interview processes.

Julie works with a number of business owners providing them with guidance on managing various issues, while helping them to plan and manage situations at the earliest opportunity to avoid unnecessary confrontation, time wasting and cost.
